Mood & Bipolar

Dealing with mood and bipolar disorders is not intuitive and can adversely impact your relationships, work, and quality of life.

There are different treatment methods for these disorders, and we can explore them to find what best fits your needs.

Psychosis Spectrum

Psychotic disorders, which include schizophrenia and schizoaffective, are the most debilitating chronic psychiatric disorders.

My unique therapeutic approach targets the emotional, thought process, and cognitive components that are the hallmarks of these disorders.

Creating a treatment plan that works for you

Having a mental illness, cognitive deficit, or learning disability comes with deep emotional, physical, and social burdens that create inter-and intrapersonal conflicts, anxiety, frustration, anger, loneliness, and low self-esteem. Together we will create a treatment plan that will improve your emotional and cognitive functioning and help you achieve realistic goals.
